Enchanted by the luminous colors dancing across the night sky of the aurora borealis, Ruchi brings the vivid hues to life in her Aurora Nights collection. For the first time, the designer has used tinted rhodium in varying shades of iridescent purple, pink and blue over 18-karat gold and set with exceptional cut diamonds. Sleek and swirling earrings, stackable rings and chic necklaces radiate richly colored sapphires set in vibrant metal that echoes the magic of the Northern Lights.
A Sea of Blue
Ruchi finds serenity and inspiration in the vastness of the ocean, and it was while watching the sun’s reflection on the sea during a trip to the Maldives that influenced the Sea of Blue collection. Like the ocean’s varying colors, the sapphires set in these jewels each possess a different shade of dreamy blue– from cerulean and azure to cobalt and indigo. Cascading earrings and long, fluid strands of sapphires softly shimmer like rays of sun reflecting on the sea.
The Desert Blooms collection symbolizes the fierce, enduring hope that triumphs adversity and emerges with beauty. The collection is inspired by the millions of wildflowers that bloom explosively in the California desert. The seeds lay dormant until the moment comes to rise. Together, they color the dry desert floor with breathtaking glory. The design is dedicated to resilience and hope that never succumbs.
Discover the captivating colors of the tropics, where lush greenery sparkling with dewdrops and exotic flowers bursting with vibrant blooms blanket the ground, and soaring verdant trees dance above. Nature’s swirling shapes and rich hues inspired Ruchi’s Tropical Paradise collection and, like vines in the rainforest, the necklaces and earrings elegantly drape on the body and glisten with exceptionally faceted rubies, emeralds and diamonds. Drawing on her love of nature, each jewel is an expression of luscious color and passion.
Since childhood, Ruchi has been fascinated by diamonds in their natural form, and especially by the stone’s mysterious inclusions that were formed over billions of years in the earth. Rather than perfecting each diamond, the designer’s Organic Beauty collection showcases the stone’s captivating inclusions with sliced Polki cut diamonds. The earliest known diamond cut, the Polki cut has adorned Maharajas and Maharanis for over 500 years ago. Ruchi’s new designs give the traditional diamond slice a modern sensibility with multi-diamond necklaces and earrings in earthy shades of caramel, gray and honey.
Ruchi infuses everyday moments with a sense of joy and beauty in her Diamond Daydream collection. These light and airy gold designs highlight the scintillating beauty and purity of diamonds. Designed to wear all day and every day, the simple yet playful rings, hoops earrings and bracelets breathe movement, grace and style into diamond jewels.
The wonderous and majestic glaciers of the Northern Hemisphere were formed over millions of years, just like the sparkling diamonds that resemble these icy structures. The remote, untouched beauty of the arctic captured Ruchi’s imagination and inspired her Ice Age collection. Influenced by the purity of glacial formations, Ruchi set diamonds of exceptional quality in sleek yet stylish designs. Hardly a trace of metal is visible in each setting, leaving the stones to radiate with their natural magnificence.
